Here's Huub on the Langevelderslag, the ancestral home of the Langeveld family. 

Lore has it the Langevelds were custodians of this special dune area and the animals that lived there, such as deer and birds.

Huub on the West Coast Trail

Here's a shot of Huub on the West Coast trail on the west coast of Vancouver Island. In spite of the rain and mud, Huub managed to put in 30km a day over a 3 day period. Way to go Huub!

Huub at Gorge Harbour

Here's Huub at Cortes Island at the entrance to Desolation Sound. We caught a few crabs and prawns. Next stop- Lund and Pender Harbour!

Here's a shot of Huub ready to take the plunge.. at Kits beach, his first ocean water swim. Banff, here we come!

Here's a shot of Huub at Cathedral Mountain Lodge after an amazing hike on Mount Stephens Burgess Shale where see saw many fossils. We went on to check out Takkakaw Falls- lots of water and then a yummy meal at The Bison.
